Hi, I'm Jonny, a GCC registered chiropractor providing mobile chiropractic care to homes and businesses across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
My passion for chiropractic began through personal experience. As someone who is hypermobile, I struggled with my posture and mobility until my first chiropractic adjustment, which genuinely changed my life. It was the first treatment that had a lasting impact, and it inspired me to leave my previous career and pursue a profession where I can help others experience the same benefits.
I'm qualified in both McTimoney and Diversified chiropractic techniques, allowing me to tailor each treatment to the individual and their specific needs. I also incorporate soft tissue therapy, trigger point work, and practical advice on stretching, mobility, strength and stability exercises to support long-term results.
My approach is centred on providing the kind of care I would want to receive myself. I believe every patient should understand their treatment, so I take the time to explain what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and how you can continue to improve between appointments. My aim is always to provide honest, transparent care in a relaxed and supportive environment.
For me, chiropractic is about more than relieving pain - it's about helping you live with confidence, understand your body, and feel empowered to take control of your health.
